Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring a Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year in the South St. Paul, MN area. The role is full-time, in-person, and focuses on elementary center-based SEL with collaboration across school teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or Related Field.
• Active Minnesota Special Education license through PELSB.
• Previous classroom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
