Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Elementary Special Education Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year in Brooklyn Park, MN.

In this in-person, full-time role you will work within a teacher-and-therapist–led team to develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans while collaborating with school staff and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or Related Field
• Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license through PELSB
• 3 references/letters of recommendation

• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
