Job summary

Ampersand Therapy seeks Special Education Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year in the greater Anoka, MN area. In-person, full-time roles (37.5 hours/week) with pay of $52-$55 per hour and W-2 employment with liability insurance are available.

Licensed SPED teachers (Tier 3 or 4) in Minnesota, background checks and drug screenings required. Experience in classroom settings preferred; positions include multiple site assignments across Anoka, Coon Rapids, Ramsey, and surrounding districts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or Related Field.
• Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license through PELSB (Tier 3 or 4).
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Previous classroom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized instruction in school-based settings.
• Collaborate with teachers and therapists to support students.
• Provide appropriate accommodations and IEP goals across grade levels.
