Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Elementary Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year in the greater Osseo, MN area. This in-person, full-time role involves working alongside a teacher and therapist team to serve students in a school-based setting.

Responsibilities include creating an inclusive learning environment, developing and implementing IEP goals, collaborating with school teams and families, and maintaining documentation and progress notes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or related field.
• Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license through PELSB.
• 3 references/letters of recommendation required.
• Previous classroom experience preferred.
