Ampersand Therapy is hiring Early Childhood Special Education Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year in the greater Coon Rapids, MN area. Roles are in-person and full-time (37.5 hours per week) with Tier 3 or 4 ECSE licensure and background checks required.

Eligible candidates will work across specified MN sites including Coon Rapids and Anoka. We offer competitive pay in the $48-50/hour range, W-2 employment with liability insurance, healthcare benefits, a 401(k) with company match, licensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or Related Field.
• Active Minnesota Early Childhood Special Education Teacher license through PELSB (Tier 3 or 4).
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Previous classroom experience is preferred.
