Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with people effectively and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling appointments with parents and staff.
• Handle routine office duties (type, file, copy materials, answer calls).
• Perform computer skills for Campus IEP Specialist (word processing, database, SPED software).
• Prepare and maintain confidential records.
• Interact with teachers, students, parents and district personnel.
• Have reliable transportation between campuses during the day.
