Qualifications

• 60 college credits and/or a two-year degree from an accredited college or university.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Paraeducator Assessments available for applicants with official job offer.

Responsibilities

• Follow Behavior Intervention Plans and Emergency Healthcare Plans.
• Provide support to students with personal cares as needed.
• Observe and document students' academic and social behaviors.
• Data collection of student progress on goals and objectives.
• Provide feedback on student progress to teachers and related staff.
• Assist with de-escalation techniques and supportive strategies.
