Job summary

The New School of Montpelier is seeking a Special Education Case Manager to ensure high quality instruction and student progress toward Vermont proficiencies. You will develop, plan, and implement curriculum and educational programs for students, with a focus on individualized goals and collaboration with the instructional team.

Qualified candidates are licensed as a Special Educator or Educational Speech-Language Pathologist in Vermont or actively pursuing licensure, with experience supporting

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Special Educator or Educational Speech-Language Pathologist in Vermont or actively pursuing licensure.
• Experience with students with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP process, goals, and required documentation.
