Job summary

Rutland City Public Schools is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech and language services to students. The SLP will deliver direct and consultative services, working with teachers, families, and support staff to help students build communication skills for in-class and life beyond.

This position requires a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, current or eligible Vermont SLP licensure, and ASHA CCC-SLP, with a strong commitment to

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Vermont state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, or the ability to attain licensure.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to support students’ communication skills.
• Support students in the classroom and beyond to help them succeed academically and socially.
