Qualifications

• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals.
• Proven ability to communicate with students, families and staff.
• Knowledge of district curriculum and assessment methods.
• Capacity to document progress and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and identify learning needs.
• Develop and implement IEPs for students.
• Support students and staff in implementing IEPs and behavior plans.
• Coordinate with administrators and teachers on student needs.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and stay current in the field.
