Job summary

KELLER CENTER FOR ADVANCED LEARNING in Keller, Texas invites applications for a Special Education Aide - Resource/Inclusion Aide for 183 days in the 2026-2027 academic year. Start date is immediate. The role supports students with disabilities under the supervision of a Certified Teacher and assists with implementing IEPs.

The position is non-exempt, reports to the Campus Principal, and is aligned with KISD educational support duties and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or two years of college preferred.
• Valid Texas Educational Aide Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction to students under the direction of the teacher.
• Assist with instructional materials and classroom displays.
• Assist with administration and scoring of tests.
• Maintain a neat, orderly classroom and manage inventory of equipment.
• Prepare required reports and assist substitute teachers.
• Support students with disabilities and help implement IEPs.
• Ensure respectful interactions with students, staff, and parents.
