Responsibilities

• Provide instruction to students under the direction of teacher, individually or in groups.
• Assist in preparing instructional materials and classroom displays.
• Assist with administration and scoring of objective assessments and assignments.
• Maintain a neat and orderly classroom and assist with inventory and maintenance of equipment.
• Assist the teacher in keeping administrative records and reports.
• Provide orientation and assistance to substitute teachers.
• Monitor student behavior and support positive classroom management.
• Support students with different needs in and out of the classroom.
