Job summary

LEARN Academy seeks a Special Education Supervisor to lead and enhance services for students with diverse learning needs across our campuses. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in special education or related field.
• 5+ years school-based experience in special education.
• State license/certification and appropriate discipline credentials.
• Pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve special education programs and IEP development.
• Maintain in-person presence at school sites to ensure service delivery.
• Coach and support SPED staff through observations and feedback.
• Develop and deliver professional development for staff.
• Coordinate program audits and data collection for compliance and outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership, families, and partners to monitor progress.
