Responsibilities

• Provide individualized or small-group instruction reinforcing material previously introduced by licensed staff.
• Assist certified staff in developing strategies based on IEP needs and learning profiles.
• Supervise students in classrooms, lunchrooms, field trips, and arrivals/departures.
• Observe and document students' academic and social behaviors.
• Communicate issues regarding students' needs to licensed staff in a timely manner.
• Assist with de-escalation, behavior plans, and data collection for progress monitoring.
