Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must pass the GACE para assessment; or 60 semester hours/90 quarter hours with C or better; an Associate's Degree or higher is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in preparing educational materials for students.
• Work individually with students or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives.
• Assist with daily routines: distribute/collect supplies, track attendance, and grade quizzes as assigned.
• Participate in lunchroom, recess, hall-monitoring, and bus duties.
• Prepare and maintain bulletin boards and learning centers.
• Participate in required Dual Immersion Model training if applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the administrator.
