Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years' experience with children or equivalent education/experience.
• Able to lift 30-50 pounds as needed and maintain attendance.

Responsibilities

• Work with individual students and small groups to reinforce skills.
• Assist the teacher with strategies and classroom organization.
• Help supervise students during instructional and non-instructional activities.
• Assist with care and management of classroom equipment and materials.
• Support team planning and maintain a courteous, professional demeanor.
