Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Eligible under MDE SPED paraprofessional requirements.
• Ability to lift/move at least 50 pounds.
• Willingness to collaborate with supervising teachers.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with special needs in classroom activities, behavior management, social skills, crisis intervention and basic skill instruction.
• Supervise SPED students to ensure safety.
• Collect and monitor student progress data.
