Legacy Traditional Schools seeks a dedicated Paraprofessional to support special education teachers and other certificated staff in classrooms or resource settings serving students with diverse needs.

You will assist with instructional activities, reinforce learning, collect progress data, and help implement IEP/504 plans under supervision. The role emphasizes safety, confidentiality, and teamwork within a dynamic educational environment.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to positively interact with all students and create a safe learning environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration with teachers, admins and parents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in instructional activities for individual students and small groups.
• Support students in general education and pull-out settings as needed.
• Help with data collection related to student performance and progress.
