New Story Schools is seeking a Special Education Paraprofessional to work with teachers in supporting students ages 5–21 with autism and behavioral challenges. You will help students achieve academic, behavioral, and daily living goals through direct support and patient guidance.

You will implement IEPs and Positive Behavior Support Plans under teacher supervision, assist with transitions and personal care, and help collect progress data to tailor instruction.
