Big Horn County School District #2 in Lovell is seeking a Special Education Paraprofessional at Lovell Elementary School to assist certified teachers in delivering educational services under IEP guidance.

Candidates will provide one-on-one or small group support, monitor behavior, prepare instructional materials, and assist with lunch, bus, and playground supervision, as well as other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in delivering educational services under the direction of a certified teacher to meet instructional goals and objectives.
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students.
• Monitor students' behavior for the special education teacher.
• Prepare materials for instruction.
• Assist in remediation programs.
• Assist students in non-instructional areas such as supervising lunch programs, bus duty, playground duty, and other related duties.
• Follow district policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Special Services, the building principal or superintendent.
