Job summary

Springfield Public Schools seeks a Special Education Paraprofessional to help implement rigorous academic and behavior intervention systems for a small caseload of students with moderate to severe needs.

You will work with a dedicated team, providing daily tutoring, supporting students and families, and ensuring alignment with state and district standards. A strong emphasis is placed on collaboration, communication, and professional growth within a supportive district.

• Lead daily tutoring sessions for individuals and small groups.
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
