Job summary

Cherry Creek Careers is seeking a Severe Needs Para Educator to assist students with severe special education needs under licensed staff supervision. You will support individualized instruction, help with curriculum adaptation, behavior strategies, and progress tracking in both in-person and remote settings.

Responsibilities include preparing materials, monitoring progress, and ensuring a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• High school equivalency required and basic office skills.
• Strong communication and ability to support diverse learners.
• Ability to follow IEP guidelines and work with licensed staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with classroom activities and adapt curriculum for individual needs.
• Implement IEP-based supports and document student progress with staff.
• Help prepare materials, administer tests, and support attendance.
• Assist with other classroom events and daily operational duties.
• Provide safe, hygienic environment and assist with remote learning tasks.
