New Story Schools in Pennsylvania is seeking an Instructional Coach to strengthen teaching practice through collaborative, student-centered coaching. You will build educator capacity, promote high-quality instruction, and support positive outcomes for all learners.

Responsibilities include observing, modeling, dialogue, co-teaching, and providing professional development to enhance educator effectiveness, while collaborating with school leaders on data-driven improvement planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in special education or related field.
• Valid Pennsylvania Instructional II Special Education certification.
• Experience coaching or mentoring to support instructional practice.
• Strong knowledge of standards-based instruction and curriculum alignment.
• Ability to build trust through non-evaluative, collaborative relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coach teachers using observation, modeling, dialogue, and co-teaching practices.
• Support alignment of instruction with standards, curriculum, and assessments.
• Promote inclusive, engaging, student-centered learning environments.
• Provide professional development to increase educator effectiveness.
