Job summary

New Story Schools in Reading, Pennsylvania is seeking an Instructional Coach to strengthen teaching practice through collaborative, student-centered coaching. Your work will build educator capacity, promote high-quality instruction, and support positive outcomes for learners ages 5–21 with autism and developmental challenges.

You will observe, model, and co-teach with teachers; align instruction with standards, curriculum, and assessments; promote inclusive, engaging learning environments; and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in special education or related field.
• Valid Pennsylvania Instructional II Special Education certification.
• Experience coaching or mentoring to support instructional practice.
• Strong knowledge of standards-based instruction and curriculum alignment.
• Ability to build trust through collaborative, non-evaluative relationships.

What You’ll Need
