New Story Schools is seeking an Instructional Coach in Pennsylvania to strengthen teaching practice through collaborative, student-centered coaching. You will build educator capacity, promote high-quality instruction, and support positive outcomes for all learners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in special education or a related field.
• Valid Pennsylvania Instructional II Special Education certification.
• Experience supporting instructional practice through coaching or mentoring.
• Strong knowledge of standards-based instruction and curriculum alignment.
• Ability to build trust through non-evaluative, collaborative relationships.
