Qualifications

• Must have two years of college credit (48 semester hours) from an accredited university, an Associate's Degree, or a passing score on the Para-Pro exam.
• Must have or be willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.
• Pre-employment Physical Exam required.

Responsibilities

• Adapts classroom activities and materials under the supervising teacher.
• Assists in implementing IEP objectives and individualized learning plans.
• Provides direct academic and social skills instruction and support in small groups or with individuals.
