Job summary

Compass Charter School is seeking an Instructional Aide to support scholars in a blended/online environment. You will assist with individual and small-group instruction, track progress with case managers, and provide academic and behavioral support while leveraging digital tools.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent and 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience with blended/online/personalized learning environments preferred.
• Proficient in digital engagement: Google Suite, Microsoft Office; social media literacy; email; intranets; online learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Work with individual or small groups to support lesson plans and personalized strategies.
• Assist Case Managers and Special Education Coordinators in tracking scholar progress and needs.
• Provide direct academic, behavioral, and social instructional support to scholars.
• Collaborate with teachers to address scholar needs and alert others to issues.
• Provide basic technical support with online course setup and access to curricula.
