Job summary

Holly Area Schools is seeking a dedicated paraprofessional to assist teachers in inclusive classrooms, support students with IEP accommodations, and foster a safe learning environment. Under supervision, you will provide small-group and 1:1 instructional support, assist with materials, monitor progress, and help with transitions throughout the school day, including behavior and safety supports.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or 60 semester credits required.
• Successful score on ETS Parapro Assessment required.

Responsibilities

• Support instructional activities under teacher direction.
• Assist with small groups and 1:1 student support.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist with accommodations and behavior plans as directed.
• Collect data on progress, behavior, and engagement using provided tools.
