Job summary

Jubilee Academies seeks a Special Education Achievement Specialist to lead campus-based instructional modeling and deliver ongoing professional development for teachers and paraprofessionals. The role drives fidelity to IEPs/504 and ensures compliance with IDEA/TEA requirements, working with the Director of Special Education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
• Texas Special Education certification required.
• Minimum of three years as a special education teacher; campus administrator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching to school-based special education managers and staff across PreK-12.
• Support special education compliance across the organization.
• Analyze MTSS, 504, ARD data to inform district support and professional development.
• Coordinate ARD and 504 meetings; monitor IEPs and related documentation.
• Collaborate with the Special Education Director and campus teams to resolve TEA complaints.
