Northborough-Southborough Public Schools is seeking an Educational Support Professional (ESP) for Peaslee Elementary School to provide specialized instruction to students with disabilities under the student support services team.

The ESP collaborates with general education staff, implements IEP goals, monitors progress, and attends weekly data reviews and professional development to support consistent, inclusive programming.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher or completing a formal assessment measuring knowledge to assist classroom teachers in reading, writing, and mathematics.

Responsabilités

• Deliver specially designed instruction to students as outlined in IEPs under supervision.
• Provide instruction in or out of the classroom in individual, small group, or co-taught settings.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and the student support services team to implement accommodations.
• Monitor student progress and report weekly updates to the team.
• Participate in weekly data reviews and updates of academic, social, and behavioral programming.
• Implement daily lessons and any behavioral plans per IEP.
• Assist in data collection to support IEP goals and objectives.
• Prepare specialized instructional materials with the team.
