Job summary
LEARN Academy in Arizona seeks an Elementary Education Teacher for the 26/27 school year to serve students with special needs. A valid AZ Elementary and Special Education credential is required or you must be enrolled in a certification program.

Qualifications
- AZ Elementary and Special Education credentials validated or current enrollment in certification program.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred or intern in special education program.
- Autism-specific or related certificate preferred if paired with another credential.
- Experience with students with challenging behaviors preferred.
- Ability to perform varied postures and follow safety procedures per PCMA.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IEPs and SDI.
- Deliver instructional activities fostering a positive, engaging climate.
- Adapt resources to meet diverse learner needs.
- Assess curricular needs and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, BCBA, Clinical Specialists, and Admins.
