LEARN Academy in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Teacher to provide a variety of instructional methods and strategies designed to meet the unique needs of the whole student. The role focuses on developing and implementing student IEPs, SDI, and engaging lessons within a supportive multidisciplinary team to foster growth for students with autism and special needs.

Bachelor's degree or higher is required with relevant credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Arizona Elementary and Special Education Credential (or enrolled in a certification program).
• Experience with students with autism or special needs is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement student IEPs and specially designed instruction (SDI).
• Administer instructional activities to maintain a positive climate and engage students.
• Identify, select, and modify instructional resources for diverse learners.
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, BCBA, Clinical Specialists, and Administrators.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred, OR an intern student currently in a special education program
