Easterseals New Hampshire, Inc. is seeking a Special Education Case Manager to coordinate and implement all aspects of the treatment plan for assigned students. You will create IEPs, ensure plans are followed, and monitor progress while coordinating with teachers and related services and attending meetings as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education required.
• Master’s Degree in Special Education preferred.
• Certification in Special Education required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement all aspects of the student treatment plan.
• Create IEPs and ensure plans are followed.
• Assist in assessment of youths and monitor progress.
• Facilitate team meetings and conferences; attend as required.
