TheraEd Staffing in Carlsbad, NM is seeking 2 dedicated Special Education Case Managers to join a supportive school district. This full-time, in-person role focuses on coordinating and ensuring compliant special education services for students.

You will work with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and review IEPs, schedule meetings, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation.

Formación

• Degree in Special Education or related field.
• Experience with IEP development, case management, and compliance preferred.
• New graduates with licensure encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of students receiving special education services
• Coordinate the development, implementation, and annual review of IEPs
• Schedule and facilitate IEP meetings in compliance with IDEA and state regulations
• Monitor student progress toward IEP goals and ensure services are delivered as outlined
• Maintain accurate and compliant special education documentation and records
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned students and their families
