Easter Seals NH, Inc. seeks a dedicated Special Education Case Manager in Manchester, NH to coordinate and implement treatment plans for students aged 9-21 in the Gammon Academy. You will work with teachers and related services to develop IEPs, monitor progress, and attend meetings as needed.

The role requires a bachelor’s in special education, certification, and 3–5 years of experience; a master’s in the field is preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Special Education required.
• Certification in Special Education required.
• Master's Degree in Special Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement all aspects of the treatment plan for assigned students.

Student populations range from students with autism and other neurobehavioral challenges to students with mild cognitive impairments and students with social/emotional disabilities. Our school focuses on academic fundamentals as well as the use of Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) to help students develop behavioral and social skills. This skill-building occurs in a structured setting, supporting and reinforcing the students’ developing self-confidence and self-esteem.We currently have an opening for a **Special Education Case Manager** tocoordinate and implement all aspects of the treatment plan for all assigned students.
