Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks an assistant teacher to support students with intensive behavioral needs in in-district classrooms or standalone schools.

You will work one-on-one with students, implement behavior support plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic guidance. The role requires a high school diploma with experience in educational settings; you will contribute to data-driven instruction and PBIS-based

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in educational settings implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive behavioral needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with diverse students from varying backgrounds.
• Provide one-on-one support to meet goals in IEPs, with accommodations and modifications as needed.
• Develop and modify behavior support plans and implement them; track data on behaviors and progress.
• Use behavior support and intervention strategies to maintain safety and positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent implementation of plans.
• Provide personal care support as needed and communicate effectively with parents.
