Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks an assistant teacher to support K-12 students with special needs in in-district classrooms and standalone schools.

You will collaborate with teachers to deliver small-group instruction, monitor progress, and implement individualized supports. Join a team that values inclusive education and PBIS-based approaches, with a pathway for professional growth across a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Experience working with students with special needs in an educational setting.
• Strong collaboration and communication with teachers and families.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Lead small group instruction and implement SESI’s instructional model.
• Support teachers with behavior and academic interventions and assessments.
• Assist with large group activities, grading, and accommodations as needed.
• Ensure student safety and supervision throughout the day.
