Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ year of experience with children, preferably in education or special needs.
• Patience, integrity, and dedication to helping students succeed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Special Education Teachers with lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Support students with daily living tasks.
• Implement behavioral strategies (Applied Behavior Analysis, crisis intervention).
• Collect and document behavioral data.
• Escort and assist students during transportation and community activities.
