Job summary

Rocs, Inc. in Manassas, VA seeks a dedicated Teacher Aide to support students with special needs in academic and behavioral growth.

You'll assist teachers with lesson plans, classroom activities, and help students with daily living tasks in a caring, structured environment. Responsibilities include implementing behavioral strategies (Applied Behavior Analysis, crisis intervention), collecting data, and escorting students during transportation and community activities.
