ROCS Grad Staffing is seeking a caring Instructional Assistant (Special Education) to support students with diverse needs in academic and behavioral growth. You will assist teachers with lesson plans and classroom activities.

Responsibilities include supporting daily living tasks, implementing behavioral strategies, collecting data, and helping students during transportation and community activities. We offer competitive pay, 120 hours PTO, comprehensive benefits, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with children (childcare, education, or special needs preferred).
• Patience, integrity, and dedication to helping students succeed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Special Education Teachers with lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Support students with daily living tasks (restroom, handwashing, personal care).
• Implement behavioral strategies (Applied Behavior Analysis, crisis intervention).
• Collect and document behavioral data.
• Escort and assist students during transportation and community activities.
