Squamscott River Academy, part of the Mount Prospect Academy family, seeks a dedicated Special Education Teacher / Academic Case Manager in North Hampton, NH. You will deliver individualized instruction, manage student programming, implement IEPs, and support adolescents toward academic and social-emotional goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field required.
• NH educator certification with Special Education endorsement required.
• Age 21+ required.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction and manage student educational programming.
• Implement IEPs and accommodations for students.
• Monitor academic progress and maintain progress reports.
• Create a positive classroom environment and build relationships with students.
• Collaborate with families, administrators, clinicians and outside agencies.
