Salary starts at $50,000+ depending on experience, with a full-time schedule, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday. The role involves supporting students with IEPs, planning tailored instruction, and coordinating case management within a non-traditional setting that emphasizes competency-based instruction and therapeutic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or enrolled in certification program for NH Special Education
• Ability to develop and implement IEP-based instruction
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and supervise assistants

Responsibilities

• Teach and manage academic programs for students with IEPs
• Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with IEP goals
• Use project-based learning and innovative strategies
• Assess student progress and provide quarterly updates
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Supervise teaching assistants and support curriculum development
