Qualifications

• Certification as Education Technician by the Maine Department of Education.

Responsibilities

• Review and reinforce learning previously introduced by teachers and assist with drills.
• Participate in required workshops as requested by building leadership.
• Perform non-instructional tasks including student discipline as needed.
• Assist in preparation of instructional materials and manage classroom routines during activities.
• Alert teachers to problems or information about individual students.
