RSU 40 - Midcoast Maine is seeking flexible, student-centered Educational Technicians to support students across our special education programs. These positions work as part of a collaborative team to provide academic, behavioral, and functional support to students with diverse needs.

This program-based role may support students across classrooms, programs, and schools based on student needs. Maine Ed Tech I, II, or III certification (or ability to obtain) is required.

Qualificações

• Must hold Maine Ed Tech I/II/III certification.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to support across multiple programs.

Responsabilidades

• Support students in academic, behavioral, and functional skill development.
• Implement IEP goals, accommodations, and behavior plans.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support in various settings.
• Assist with classroom routines, materials, and organization.
• Support students during transitions, lunch, recess, and community activities.
• Build positive relationships with students and collaborate with staff.
