Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support students in academic, behavioral, and functional skill development.
• Implement IEP goals, accommodations, and behavior plans.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support in various settings.
• Assist with classroom routines, materials, and organization.
• Support students during transitions, lunch, recess, and community activities.
• Build positive, supportive relationships with students.
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and program teams.
• Help create safe, structured, and inclusive learning environments.
