Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education; Master’s degree preferred.
• Valid state certificate in Special Education.
• Experience with students with disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs for students with special needs.
• Provide direct instruction in various settings (one‑on‑one, small group, whole class).
• Adapt curriculum and teaching methods for diverse learning styles.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and parents to ensure student success.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and IEP compliance.
• Participate in professional development and training as required.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
