Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field is required.
• Master’s degree in Special Education preferred.
• Experience working with students with disabilities is a plus.
• Valid state certification in Special Education (Mild to Moderate or Moderate to Severe) is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs for students with special needs.
• Provide direct instruction in various settings: one-on-one, small group, and whole class.
• Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, staff and parents to ensure student success.
• Monitor progress and adjust instruction as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and IEP compliance.
