Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within a collaborative multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, patient safety, and education for patients and families.

The RN will assess patient needs, plan and implement care, and continuously evaluate outcomes while coordinating with physicians, therapists, and support services. A BSN in progress is expected within three years of hire where applicable, with a valid RN license

Qualifications

• Requires RN with an associate degree or diploma in nursing.
• BSN required or in progress within specified timeframe per policy.
• Active RN license and BLS/CPR per American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patient population.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate and coordinate with nursing peers and other staff.
