Qualifications

• National Certification in area of specialty preferred when eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Performs comprehensive data collection and age- and disease-specific assessments.
• Administers medications and uses bar-scanning/documentation technologies.
• Educates patients and families and plans care within established protocols.
• Communicates plan of care with patients, families, and health-care team.
