Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate patient care with peers, physicians and support services.
• Administer medications using bar-scanning and documentation systems.
• Document patient assessments, plans of care and progress.
• Support age-specific and disease-specific nursing care and education.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient/family education.
